As far as I can work out, anyone would be able to do that - you wouldn't need any admin or member permissions. But then it would only be available to them unless hosted somewhere. Have a look a Kiwix as the project ..... There are lots of forums and knowledgebases that people can selfhost to make sure the information is not lost. I mean you can even selfhost Wikipedia if you wanted to![]()
I'm also unsure about free hosting - we were always totally against any hosting that would involve adverts appearing on the site, and it's probably wrong to go down that route now.
