That looks like a DNS issue, one thing you can try from Firefox is to use DNS over HTTPS (under Privacy and Security). The result you are seeing is very smilar to that reported by several users on BT when a site was put onto a blacklist by the list maintainer in use by them. It got resolved a couple of dys later.

Re: Site access blocked
Working fine for me. But been a slow day on the forum so maybe some people are struggling to get on?

If I get that and it's a website I have used regularly (i.e. I trust it) I go to "Advanced" and say that I accept the risk.

Next time this happens, select view certificate and screengrab it. We can work out what’s happening from that.
My guess is that your https connection is being man-in-the-middle’d by something.

You don't need to wait for it to happen in order to view the certificate - it's readable by everyone all the time. HTTPS/TLS wouldn't work if it wasn't.
In Firefox, once you have the site open, click on Tools - Page Info and then click the Security padlock icon and then the View Certificate button.
