I thought Monaco would be rather a long detour, so it had to be Lichtenstein! I have been through Lichtenstein several times en route to Austria but never got off the train there - if it even stopped!

Did charge No 7 at Schweitenkirchen today in Germany and charge No 8 at Plzen this afternoon in Czech Republic, currently visiting Prague.

Some of the tour boats in Prague are now electric.

Charge No 9, at Vestec on the outskirts of Prague. First time I have had to que at a Tesla charger. There are plenty of other EV chargers but no one wants to use them.

That was at Telford last night around 7pm I opted for the 150kW charger instead of the 300kW as I wanted to nip to McDonald’s for my tea. As it was the 150 only gave me 17 minutes to go from 14% to 80% so I was still eating when it passed the eighty and marched on at a reduced 30kW towards full, rushed my burger and disconnected at 96% as I don’t like to charge to 100 on the rapid chargers. At home I will hit 100 % maybe once a month on the type 1 to flex the battery and follow guidlines, rest of the time it is usually around 80%.

Telford services look like they’re getting some new chargers diagonally opposite the Tesla chargers, not before time though because the two GRIDSERVE 50’s really struggle to give all the other evs a reasonable service.

Another queue but did not wait long. Charge N10 in Brno. It’s really weird not using a map and just letting the car go where it wants. Absolutely beautiful shopping centre here but don’t really know where I am.
