Both offers are now closed.

I would think that Octopus are using this as a test event to try out their systems and procedures. After all it is only £1m of refinancing for them.

Nowty,
Do you want details to add to your tally?

No because there is not any equity ownership in these two particular projects offers and they are relatively short term financial investments.

I'll be interested to see how quickly they go from available to invest in, to shares issued, it's live. I think they said May in the beginning?

I wonder if the 8 day sell out caught them out and if someone won an.office bet!

Tongue in cheek "Aye, so that's yesterday". I find it strongly appealing that it's an existing built and performing asset with its initial.build gremlins shaken out.

The offer doc says,

"Once the project reaches its investment target or its closing date, the offer will close.
Then, after an administrative period of about 20 days, your Shares will be issued and the
three-year investment term will start."

They have also said folk can cancel up to 5 days before the shares are issued so I think we will be notified about the issue date at least a week before.

Quarterly dividends as well so the Annual Equivalent Rate will be slightly more than 6%. :)

Thanks for sharing this TB. Looks like we'll be off and running that much faster than anticipated. 👏
