Think you’re right, Stinsy. Can just imagine (well I can’t, really) heating systems failing, particularly when the expected wind chill is taken into account.
We noticed a difference between -5 last week and the now +9 - and the -5 was the lowest temp around dawn, just had a couple of days when the highest temp was -1 or -2.
Very dangerous when the expected weather hits urban areas who are ill prepared for it.
