Nowty is on location looking for renewable power with very limited internet access.

Shockingly not much renewable power here, in fact vast majority of this place is powered by diesel or LNG.




But found a few solar panels in a place where Churchill once painted a landscape in the 1950’s.

Once did a competition on the local radio quite a few years ago. DJ opened it up - what am I holding in my hand ?

I immediately rang - there’d been no clues - and said a Cricket Bat. It was correct but it really freaked the DJ - he was convinced I’d looked in through a window or something.

It was just an inspired guess - Somerset were playing the touring international side and one of the radio sponsors was a local bat maker
