I don't know if any of the forum is aware of this team of people out in Namibia who seem to basically spend their days rescuing seals from entanglements with human devices - fishing line, packing straps, clothes, you name it, seals get entangled in it - but it's well worth a watch and well worth a donation too. At least there are some humans out there doing good work trying to fix the harms that other humans create...
