Agreed, I am also waiting for that to start, but I presume its not actively being commented on yet as police investigations are still ongoing ?

and we know how seriously our courts take such things (not) - that's if the SFO or any other body ever get round to prosecuting.

I am looking forward to seeing the convictions for perjury and conspiracy to pervert the course of justice... It's what did for "Lord" Archer.

Until someone is charged any comment is not subject to reporting restrictions.

The Police have only just got interested so a long way to go before someone is charged. Once charges are laid then a Judge has control and sub judice comes into play.

Any 'Expert' witnesses on Horizon used in Sub postmaster trials should be quaking in their boots unless they were 100% truthful and have evidence to back it up.
