Octoplus rewards - Greggs

If there is a foul wind a blowin' then drop by for a chat - about coconuts of anything else off topic.

Octoplus rewards - Greggs

Well this is a benefit of being with Octopus I wasn't expecting - logged into my Octopus App and noticed I had some "rewards" - free coffee AND free sausage roll at Greggs! There is such a thing as a free lunch after all!

A timely reminder to use the too good to go app to snag food at discount prices that would otherwise go to waste.

We routinely get a Greggs bag around twice or three times a week, its lucky dip but we have never been disappointed.

Look at the "Olio" app. We have had loads off there.

Already on that too and freebie alerts plus good old freecycle. Not so many on the first two around here but Freecycle is great and we post lots of things to go as well as picking up the odd want.

We've been really lucky with Olio. A very close neighbour collects from a local Tesco, so have had all sorts of food from her. A key highlight is when she has entire bags full of pastries. My wife and I end up bringing them to work to share around.

Just had my Octoplus freebie, I'm not overly a fan of sausage rolls but free ones are an exception.

And can't fault the fairtrade coffee. :xx:
