No, but walking, or running there with a sports tracker watch on to measure distance and heart rate would!

Another free coffee today but I declined the free sausage roll due to mid life spread(ing).

Well it looks like the free Greggs Sausage Roll bonanza has come to an end - no longer appears in my App as an Octoplus reward. The free coffee does still but also now appears altered to one a week not one a day with a new code generated every Sunday at midnight.

The "reward" that I want is the refund of £300 of my credit, which could be a lot more too... plus the referral bonus for a friend who has been with them for 2 months now.

Either they have grown too fast to maintain customer care standards, or they are deliberately being slow so as to keep the money in their account rather than it moving to mine!
