Anyone use a defect/snagging app

Looking for something to help compile photos /will short paragraphs of text. Ideally iPhone based?
Anyone using anything that’s easy to use?

Why not just use Google Slides or whatever PowerPoint clone you prefer?

Hadn’t heard of Google slides and don’t do PowerPoint, appreciate reply, just looking for something where you can take a photo, add a sentence and it’s added to a ‘report’
