The two initial offerings are buying preference shares in one existing wind turbines which have been operating for around a decade. The targeted return is 6% (not guaranteed) and the payments are dividends and are taxable as income tax. So its a financial investment and not a Coop. After 3 years your shares are targeted to be bought back at same value (not guaranteed). Then the investment ends.

You don't need to be a Octopus customer but if you are you have the option to take a credit on your bill instead of a payment into your bank account but the dividend income tax will still apply (if applicable).

40kWh Thermal storage
GSHP + A2A HP's

In the waiting period too.

I think that it is a bit remiss of Octopus to launch these offers when both are them are behind in filing their annual accounts with Companies House, although both are described as "This document is being processed and will be available in 10 days".

Same is true for Octopus Energy Group Limited.

Log in and click invest. If you are still in the 24hr wait period you'll get a remainder timer. If not you are free to chuck money at it!
