Go try some more Colin. Paulaner weissen is excellent. It's hard to pick a poor beer in Germany! Prost!

I haven't tried the German pig's trotters yet, but they are said to be very famous.

Bit of an acquired taste - very fatty and not much actual meat on them, but if you're in the mood to try things and you see them on the menu its worth giving a go!
