If some dummy has included ‘replaceable’ instead of ‘rechargeable’, it might be OK. Ottherwise, dead right about it being unethical in this day and age.

The lid of our Insulated Water Bottle is CNC machined and integrated. We have increased the battery capacity which is up to 2-3 years to ensure the service life of the Vacuum Drink Flask (one-year product warranty provided). It is durable but it cannot be removed and the battery cannot be replaced.
and use disposable stainless steel ones with integrated electronics instead...Stop using disposable plastic bottles.
