"Arduino" first book recommendations?

#1

Post by AE-NMidlands »

Hello all
I am starting out and enjoying my (slow) progress and have decided to give a starter kit as a birthday present to a 15-yr old sort-of-nephew, who apparently isn't in to it yet.

There are loads of tutorials online but I would like to put basic book with it, although he is pretty competent as a (passive?) internet and gaming user. There seem to be plenty of books at around £10 to £15, anyone got any suggestions or warnings?
