6 months with a broken tesla (& counting)

Yup, the original problem still exists, service from tesla has completely sucked, you are basically ignored.
How stupid is it to have to mount a regular cash cam to try & capture what you rely on in an a close call / accident / another assault in front of your vehicle?
Given the run around by tesla on the phone, management don't follow up with a response, ..the service is deplorable.
As stated before "camera footage of it didn't happen" ..leaves us with a lot of potential liability.
They cannot even be bothered to send us out a new "to spec to cross more off the list.
Multiple software upgrades have not resolved the issue (can problems since pick up in March 2021)
likely that the problem has always been & remains an out of tolerance usb port.
Camera not working again for at least a fortnight..
Empty promises.
Had enough.
