I was expecting today to be absolutely banging, current wind looks excellent, should be around 3/4 power.
Of course the maintenance team were down there yesterday, maybe they are still there.
I mailed them this morning. (E chat) and they said they will get back to me. I will report back.

This in.

'Hi Joe

Thanks for getting in touch earlier today.

We currently have a team from Boston Energy on site at Graig Fatha, which may be having an impact on the generation data that you can see. I can see from your generation data that the generation has been consistent all night last night, and any impact has only really been felt in the past couple of hours, with the projected generation for the rest of the day looking good as well.

I can confirm that at present there is no curtailment happening at Graig Fatha at present, if in the event that there was to be any curtailment in the future, we would make our members aware.

I'm keen to point out that, with Graig Fatha being a new turbine, there may be times when the data feed may drop out. We constantly monitor the data, and have regular teams on site to ensure that it is as operational as functionally possible - indeed since Graig Fatha has begun generation, it has exceeded expectations in terms of generation. We will always endeavour to ensure that the data is there for our members, and in times when the data isn't there, we will communicate the reasons for this as quickly as possible.

I hope this helps
Thanks again
Pete

Like the little snippets of info we get.

Boom, up to near 2/3 power, not quite 3/4, but I'll bank that in the VB.

It's good to see, I hope they work through any issues before Sept/Oct rev up for the running season.

Ripple discounted biomass for a project, as it needs "biomass" which is a commodity, the price of which is unknown into the future. I also have had a couple of investments where their biomass parts went bad due to a number of factors.

Efficiency not as expected and increase of biomass cost as well as availability of biomass. There are too many factors which gives too wide a variation on yields. Whereas you know where you are with Solar (+- 5%) and Wind (+-10%). Hydro is a bit more variable but not too bad.

I think she means a wee home plant to cook off of in the garage. Good info on the larger investment window though.
