Another one here selling solar parks in European places with a bit more info, there seem to be a lot of them out there, I've seen other similar ones too.

Their business models are different from Ripple and seem to be very risky in my opinion. The ownership remains within the main company who has built the assets with borrowed money and that borrowing as well as any maintenance needs to be paid before any distribution is available to the investors. And if the main company goes bust, your likely to lose everything.
Whereas Ripple and Energy4all are different, as the asset is built using investors money and the asset is held in a Coop company owned by the investors, so if Ripple / Energy4all goes bust, the Coop remains a going concern.

Re: Zerofy shared solar- like Ripple for solar??
Hey there,
Thanks for your questions, I've answered them below, and we have an FAQ here: https://zerofy.net/shared-solar.html
1) Who is the owner of the Solar Park, is it you Zerofy or some other third party ?
Zerofy is the sole owner and operator of the park.
2) If Zerofy ceases trading, what happens to the leases ?
TBD
3) Is the Solar park insured against theft or vandalism and storms (lightning strikes) ?
Yes, the park is insured.
4) Does the 20% operating commission include any maintenance and repairs ?
Yes.
5) Is the solar park impacted by the recent EU revenue cap at 180 Euro’s per MWh ?
TBD
6) Is any Estonian withholding tax deducted from the income at source ?
No.
7) I notice the APP is not yet available in the UK, will it be in the future ?
Yes, we are launching in the UK and northern Europe next week.
8) If the APP is not available in the UK, how will I know how much the solar park has achieved ?
See above. For people in other countries who do not have the app available yet, they will get a report once a year, with production data coming directly from the plant inverter. For double checking and audits users without the app can cross-check with the data in the app, and lease holders can also request the reports from the grid company from Zerofy.
9) Do I need a European bank account in Euro currency to accept the income ?
No.
10) How Is the income transferred to a leaseholder in the UK, is it a SWIFT transfer transaction ?
Bank transfer.
