That is very impressive from a non stacked cell, both substrates are cheap.
Commercial stacked cells get better efficiency than this but they are III-V semiconductors multi layer and are extremely expensive.
I don't think they will be able to keep the perovskite stable for any significant period of time, if they can then this is a big winner for them. (FYI Maxeon now warranty their silicone cells for 40 years in select markets).
