Yes, all self taught. Like to keep my brain active as my body is still suffering from long Covid and is seriously limiting what I can do. I was supposed to be starting a self build 2 years ago!!.

Nice to read (self taught, not covid, that's shit). Throwing this one out there. A year ago I got into lions mane & Turkey tail mushrooms. I am now a regular buy (junkie) for them from Amazon. Nowadays I take two lions mane and two complex 6 shroom capsules each morning (along with a couple of cod liver oil and a centrum 50's). They work for me that's for sure, won't try and sell it, just saying for any white rabbits. :D

I'm not one to take anything, not even a paracetamol for a headache, but I've had to try because I couldn't live with how I am. Thankfully I've not had the brain fog but have had loads of visual problems, as well as everything else. Some of the symptoms I wouldn't believe if someone else told me them!!

When I've been able to I've looked at loads of research papers and tried some of the things I've read about. Zinc tablets seemed to rid me of the constant headache that went on for months. I've been on probiotics, Phyto-V, and elderflower and pomegranate juice.
I' recently started on cherry juice and cranberry juice and I'm feeling the best I have for 2 years +. No where near what I used to be though.

Most worrying thing now is my son caught something mid December and he's only had about 4 days at school since. :( :( He's normally like I used to be, where everyone else would come down with everything around us but we'd be fine.
