Not sure we’re ripping anyone off, when you see what the energy companies are making and what customers are paying!
I do seem to be short though. I have 11 saving sessions and only 8 lots of 100 points, should be 10, one missing is for the last session and the other for a session on 14/12/22.
Perhaps we should do some group bulky purchase of oil straight from russia and avoid middleman's commission (e.g. shell).
More and more people are aware of how to "play the game". I guess the solution would be to scrap the in-day adj.nowty wrote: ↑Tue Feb 28, 2023 11:34 amNational Grid, I'm sure they know what they are doing.

At the moment we are making money by artificially increasing our demand during saving hours. E.g. 95% of my usage during peak rates comes from batteries and yet I'm able to have a saving of 4-6kwh during saving sessions.
Understood but in our case we shifted the daily load that would have run regardless and knocked out the little bit of gch.with storage heaters instead. No extra power was used in the cycle just compressed and chose the time frame it happened within.
