Octopus confirmed as their bids were accepted at an average of £3000 per MWh, so expect standard payout terms of £2.25 per kWh.

Saving session is tomorrow 23rd March between 18:30 and 19:30.
The all important "in day adjustment" window will be from 14:30 to 17:30.

100% payout tomorrow !

I wonder if they are trying to compete with the competitors, because some have advertised higher percentages to the usual 75% from Octopus.

That is outstanding, I think I'll be remote controlling it as I'm collecting the I5 tomorrow afternoon (maybe).

Sunny here so panels off, house can drain battery. Probably 40kw to put in car, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher ready. Think I may do legionella hot water heat as well😁

Rain is coming here this afternoon so that will help block the solar out and home battery is less than 50%. Its Thursday fishrun this morning so that will add some more empty space to the EV for extra IO cheapslots. Storage heaters are cold, hot water tank is empty and SWMBO has a white washing load at 60 degrees ready to go.

Plus all the reprogramming of the battery inverter to stop import last night and to charge this afternoon.

These saving sessions take quite a lot of planning to get the most out of them. ;)

Email from Octopus says, "This is likely our last session of this winter."

So make the most of it.

Moxi, you need to move house away from the shadow of Mordor, so far March has been really good with an average of 29kWh/day so far.
