Moxi, you need to move house away from the shadow of Mordor, so far March has been really good with an average of 29kWh/day so far.
My March baseline is 29kWh/day but so far its been 19kWh/day here and a lot further south, worst March ever. :?

I am hoping for a complete reversal when the FIT rates get their record increases next month.

Well since I moaned earlier its actually stopped raining and the cloud scatter is doing wonderful things so the batteries are getting some juice, on the continuing bad news front the gas boiler has sprung a leak on the incoming water supply side or at least on the mains pressurised side as I could hear it hissing and getting progressively faster drips. Plumbers coming tomorrow and in the mean time we are using the mains stop cock to limit the issue. left at mains pressure its about 1.5l/s hr.

lol a mixed bag of fortunes today! :)

Had a strange one today as out and about. Think we kept it over 20kW most of the time. Also IO dropped in at 19.30 to 05.30hrs upcoming which is excellent as we are away back down to Edinburgh tomorrow evening👌

While fully accepting that I am inching further out over the tightrope of full on mentalist I thought I'd risk this 'share'.

Bit of a fan of a pir led pv light in handheld mode. This one is a faulty unit that toolstation refunded me for. It kept coming on with no motion. 1"" of black tape across the lower half of sensor has it working just fine. Particularly enjoyable in this 18.30 to 19.30 window. :D

I got the IO on cheap rate for half the session again, although they stopped my EV charge prematurely because I was ramping up the charge rate in excess of what they were expecting. But as long as you don't unplug the car......... ;)

Luckily SWMBO came back from work not long after so plugged her EV into the second charger on full power which filled up to 100% in the final minutes of the adjustment window. 8-)

I'm expecting a 50k+ Octopointer for this last session.

Is that how it works? EV is plugged in, power across the board. Disconnect EV and its back to normal regardless of still potentially being in the window?
