The expected tsunami of sun arrived here a bit late today for me but its keeping the wolf from the door though my first no grid day of the year. I've had to turn the kitchen electric heated floor off and put a temporary moratorium on SWMBO washing loads with the promise of unlimited washing loads tomorrow.

Tomorrow looks bonkers for most of England and Wales, I'm expecting to beat my best 2023 day so far by at least 15 kWh.

120kWh here so no charging tonight. Had a few days of not charging so far this year but i've been tending to use electric to heat the house. The AtoA heat pump has been brilliant.

I'm expecting about half that tomorrow on a PB.

I used to be grid independent from about mid Feb, but using leccy to heat plus the EVs, its a lot more tough, need milder conditions as well as more sun.

The A2A's are great, I'm even thinking of a third one, mainly for extra comfort and redundancy.

Had my best day yesterday 19+kWh , forecast today was clear blue skies but there are plenty of clouds at the moment, hopefully it will brighten up and with blue skies I may hit 30kwh.
Still using 60-70kwh a day for heating, frost isn’t helping.

Today is a good day, second load washing on, HWT charging and the homestack SOC creeps resolutely upward. We'll get the HWT topped off and then chuck a few miles into EV later. WBS has not been forgotten. Doing its trick of heating the whole house, cooking soup (lentil & bacon) and stewing some of last years apple crop.for a dessert tonight.

I am working on some old furniture to bring back up to a decent spec and sell on to fund Ripple Proj 3 buy in. All tools solar powered. :D 8-)

similar story here today - sun is out, panels generating, the car is on trickle charge, the house stack is taking a charge and the amazing heat pump tumble dryer is doing its thing whilst just sipping at the smallest amounts of electrickery.

Its a smashing day, I need to check the logs to see how bad a month March was next, looking at others comments I am not expecting much.

I was completely caught out by my first 20kWh day of the year to-date. Batteries still set to charge to 75% overnight. Luckily I have a big BEV battery to fill, Mrs managed to get 2 loads through the washer/drier.

Tomorrow is set to be just as sunny so I've set charging to 50% and will try to stick with that until October. (I try very hard not to meddle on a day-by-day basis).
