Hope you get a kick from seeing these 3D printed groundfloor with (some) industrial clad uppers..

Not so suitable for uk but plenty of site potential elsewhere.

The only potential benefit I could see from this in a residential setting is if someone modifies it to allow building with Cob. Walls really aren't a big fraction of the total cost for conventional build, so you don't benefit much from this. Cob is interesting though, since it's currently not cost-effective to build with and the process should be compatible with Cob.

The main use I can actually see is wind turbine foundations - these are getting impractically big for many sites, and this looks like a good way of manufacture on site.
