2nd V4 Supercharger site opens

Following the first Tesla V4 Supercharger site being opened in the Netherlands, the 2nd one has now opened in France too - near Clermont-Ferrand, with a 12-stall site.

Lest we forget, V4 Superchargers are fully open access from the start, have much longer cables than the previous ones so should also be easier for non Teslas to use, and have an as-yet unknown higher peak charging power than the current 250kW at 400 ish volts.
