Sadly though they have neglected the fact that the ami is a hot box, so could have / should have rag topped or if too "close" & upsetting to poncey design hags a semi solid solar 3 stage solar cell & cloth magnet fold up sun roof that you yank forward to break the resistance (anyone with travel solar knows what I mean)

The little open sided buggy versions look like fun, either Fiat / Citroen / Opel - if you live in a town/city centre and guarantee never wanting to venture out of the urban bubble - with 26mph max and 50(?) miles range its very limited for any real world driving, with speed limit above 30

Which is exactly why it is a quadricycle.
The Mon Ami channel does push the envelope (if you weren't aware) lots of steep mountain climbs, extra battery, all south of france (Villefranche) & popping across the border, thus the "should we swap"? video

Ami is heavily used by french school kids (there's a video on that) clearly replacing the french kids of decades back with mopeds.
But it is a veritable hot box, shame there is no 2cv / landy mesh grill venting to assist.
