Looks like the gov is going to remove some of the burdens on leccy supply but particularly not make them applicable to green hydrogen electrolysers and i guess transfer them to FF in carbon tax. So cheaper leccy and more expensive gas ie rigging the market to RE. Sounds good tactic to me.
