It gives you power info on each input ?, thats neat.
Apart from the region lock which I am 100% confident the German supplier would have done for me this has been an excellent experience with a pro feel here at the end.
I'll admit that flying to Italy to register the app is a little out there and not exactly inline with my RE goals. Ah well, more panels and a soupcon of guilt it is.
I hope those that read this understand that i was already flying to Italy, a happy synchronicity.

That has to be the most satisfying nearly 1.5kWh of power I've been involved with.
Took a bit of time today to get the hangers in place which will ease the final off centre positioning of the vertical wall panel. Had a hazy sky peak of just over 600W around midday. Very happy with that for a Sept result.
I'll try some Egyptian rules wood sliders and cardboard protection on the porch panel tomorrow for the alleyoop.
I set the app to Italian time as I didn't trust the discrepancy not to be flagged (paranoid or what). Bonus is pretty wee graphic early doors.

Good generation figure for night time conditions

Squeaking through towards that mythical 1.5kWh goal, night time be damned!

Are you connecting a couple of panels direct to the Hoymiles micro-inverter and then feeding the AC output direct into the houses circuitry via a 3 pin plug?
No need for DNO? Just happen to be providing a background voltage and current source to reduce draw from the grid?
3kW FIT Solar
0.8kW balcony solar.
2,372 W of turbine at Whitelaw Brae
6kw Panasonic air to air heat pump for downstairs.
2 WBS. Stovax 8kw and 5kw Morso squirrel
Rointe D series in 2 bedrooms and bathroom.
Aiming to go fully electric....

Sooooo. Let me get this straight.

Isn't this in Turkey? Do they have the same rules and DNOs?

2 pin plug as European plug but in the rest yes. It's here in Scotland. It won't output unless it senses grid power and any excess not used is our happy contribution the the RE grid effort .

Well that's us in and wall panel up. The homemade wall hanging hooks were invaluable in the job. Made up a 2 rail wooden frame with top beam to rest on the porch panel then slid the 2nd panel up the rails using G clamps as stops until panel near vertical then up and onto the hooks. 8 No5 2"" screws on 4 aluminium L brackets plus the two hanging hooks. It's going nowhere.
Sprayed and baked the screws to preserve over and above their anti corrosion coating. Cable tidy after T and forget about it, just let it do its thing.

That's VERY interesting. I have had panels sitting here and have been waiting to go all out with a large install but effectively I could have been helping to bolster my current setup with 1kw or 2 sitting on the mains, using panels in a different orientation to capture evening solar.

Yep, the only caveat that I would care to mention is that I'd see a max of 3A @ 230V (approx) coming from the mictoinverter would likely stop at one per ring. There is no heat in the cables at this load that I've seen/felt but there will be a daftie out there somewhere that will have 5 or 6 running on one ring. I know thats not you but for posterity, worth saying.
Or to quote some sci-fi dude. "With great power comes great responsibility".
