Yes its the G98 / G99 or even an old G83 / G59 connection letter. I lost mine and had to email my DNO for another, not a problem, they came back to me within a couple of days with an email.

Octopus found that a lot of old historic installations were never DNO notified even though they had an MCS certificate. So when Octopus apply to the DNO for an export mpan number it gets refused if they have never been notified. So when Octopus apply to the DNO for an export mpan number it gets refused if they have never been notified. So they are now insisting on seeing the DNO letter up front.

When my DNO confirmed G99 they asked if I wanted an export MPAN, so I said yes. Just waiting for that to come through, I hope it speeds the application with Octopus

On the online application, there is a line where you can give your export MPAN number if you already have one.

I uploaded the G99 certificate and the MCS certificate number was found on the octopus application page when I added it.
Hopefully it will all go through smoothly which is better than my Scottish power application in May, to export, that just never loaded on their website and there is no way to chase it up.

Since fitting a Ohme Home Pro charger I tried to change from Flux to Intelligent Octopus but when I tried to do it as an existing customer it came up with
