What a brilliant idea, shifts some of the traffic off the roads and probably cleans up some city centers too.

On a slightly tangential note I am starting a business making cast iron umbrellas :idea:

It'll never happen, apart from maybe a prototype or two, it's a bonkers idea fraught with logistical and legal problems quite apart from the energy and carbon aspect.
