I'm cheapslot boosting tonight for the 4th time so my working day 5pm to 6pm baseline is now around 6.7kW.
I’m probably below 2kWh on a 60min SS. Will work I. It tomorrow, can add 1kWh to my baseline with a well-executed boost…
I drove to a remote country butchers today in search of a pheasant, which led to my EV SOC dropping enough to game the cheapslot over peak period tonight. Unfortunately I found the butcher closed on Mondays, necessitating a return drive tomorrow which should result in an equally low SOC for tomorrow night.
I don't plan this, it just happens.
18.7kW PV > 109MWh generated
Ripple 6.6kW Wind + 4.5kW PV > 26MWh generated
5 Other RE Coop's
105kWh EV storage
60kWh Home battery storage
40kWh Thermal storage
GSHP + A2A HP's
Rain water use > 510 m3
Octopus stopped the charging in the peak 5-7pm slot and forgot to re-start the charge
When I got another schedule later later on last night until 7am the octopus stayed sleeping…….
Decent baseline boost yesterday 36 kWh in 2 hours
Mitsubishi Ecodan
ASHP 8.5kW x 2
12 x 460w Solar panels
9.5kWh GivEnergy
Batteries x 2
EVs x 4 210 kWh Batteries
Ripple 5.8 kW PV 0.547 kW Whitelaw Brae
Had a little rinse this evening. Maths really are compelling! 10kWh at 7.5p/kWh = 75p of cost, this creates 1kWh of baseline which nets me £4 in a real SS and £2.30 in a test SS. There is even a possibility I’ll be able to use it across more than one SS (but on the other hand there could be no SS).
12x 340W JA Solar panels (4.08kWp)
3x 380W JA Solar panels (1.14kWp)
5x 2.4kWh Pylontech batteries (12kWh)
LuxPower inverter/charger
(Artist formally known as ******, well it should be obvious enough to those for whom such things are important.)
Hope you’re right nowty about friday
Octopus love to stop my car charging between 5-7pm and keep forgetting to start it again.
Not too bothered as the octopus gives me an 11 hr slot but would be a bit of a bu**er if I needed the mileage
