If you are in the position of doing lots of drying, as we are with three young kids, then the heat pump tumble dryers are an absolute game changer so much better than the traditional tumble dryer on every level.

Ah, is a distilled water a by product of the operation?
You do get water out. However just like a dehumidifier the product isn’t suitable to drink because the condensing fins are bacterial breeding grounds. Fine for ironing though (if you live in a hard water area).
Thanks Stinsy, ironing was what I had in mind, not that that is my department, normally anyway. Although I suspect at any time other than winter then topping up windscreen washers along with an additive wouldn't go amiss either!

There is something I don't get with IOG.

Plug the car in the charge, set a reasonable charging level, 80 to 90% (so no one could say game playing). Choose 0400 finish time. But I plugged the car in ay 1520 and it gave me a charging schedule from 1520 to 0400.

The car finishes reaches the set SoC at, say, 1745 (Kona set to 60% charge rate which is the minimum it can set to un the Hyundai/Bluelink app).

Why does the app say the cheap slots are still in place for the next 6 hours? I'm not complaining, I just don't understand the app. I've been out the past few days and I can see that even after the charge us finished, the car stays plugged in, and the app is still billing me 7p/kWh. Something must be wrong here...?

I know the unused slots only get removed if you unplug the car or cancel the current charge session in the Octopus App.

A bit of new functionality on my Octopus account, it now shows the breakdown of my usage between peak and cheapslot colour coded, so even easier at a glance to find if your IOG experiments have worked.

But it still lags a day or two whilst the extra cheapslots are calculated.
I suspect that large pink bar will turn green and shrink to around £7 tomorrow once they have recalculated my extra cheapslot's. ;)

That's handy to see.... Shame I can't see it anywhere on the app or webpage!

The octopus app doesn't show me any of that information, neither does the webpage.

Still doesn't give me any cost of usage (no data available), only shows me kWh's used.

This is my 2nd month on IOG. Weird.

That's brill! This feature has been a glaring omission for years!

Not sure I like the green though...

So frustrating that it's not on mine.

I don't have the show standing charges tick box.
I don't see off peak / peak.
Can't see cost usage since moving to intelligent octopus go.

I've messaged octopus on X to see if they can sort.

I was able to see everything fine until I swapped to IOG... Strange. Octopus on X haven't replied, I will let you know if they can sort it, so hopefully they can fix yours too.
