They don't seem to be able to decide what it is:
The Liam F1 Wind Turbine is a small, vertical-axis wind turbine (VAWT) designed for maximum efficiency in urban and residential areas.
but I can't see this

spinning around anything other than a horizontal axis!
2.0 kW/4.62 MWh pa in Ripples, 4.5 kWp W-facing pv, 9.5 kWh batt
30 solar thermal tubes, 2MWh pa in Stockport, plus Congleton and Kinlochbervie Hydros,
Most travel by bike, walking or bus/train. Veg, fruit - and Bees!

I suspect just very poor reporting (again) as the documents linked to on https://thearchimedes.com/ appear to refer to horizontal axis afaict.
It does appear to be more of an advertisement than technology reporting.
I do suspect a :teapot:

The writer was so obviously drooling over it that I assumed it was an advert or manufacturer's puff, never dreamt it was pretending to be a "report!"
