Messaged them on X this morning (seems to get a way quicker response than email) after the data still wasn't there. Reply on X within 20mins. Just checked and the data for export is now there for the 13th :P
4kWp -> Fronius 3.6kW | 3.51kWp & 3.28kWp -> Sunsynk 5kW hybrid | 1.8kWp -> Hoymiles 2000-4t | 2 x 15kWh Seplos DIY batts

Spurred on by others actions and success I emailed Octopus this morning and received a reply in a little over two hours. A request had been sent to the Smart network asking that they retrieve data from the meter which, if successful, may show on dashboard within 48-72 hrs!
Apparently the meter will have recorded the half hour readings and added them to the months total. So reassuring to learn we shouldn't miss out come month end!

Slight hijack, as I'm looking for an Octopus export thread.

Stupid question warning - For normal Octopus export at 15p, are there time constraints? For some reason I simply assumed you'd have to export between 5.30am and 11.30pm, but I can't find anything to confirm or not.

My 'weird' issue, is that to charge the BEV's on cheap rate, I also have to charge my home batts (even if they are nearly full), to prevent the leccy coming from them. I have charge and discharge options, but I don't have 'don't charge' or 'don't discharge' options.

Now it's sunny from the early hours, I can't discharge enough from the batts after 5.30am (if they are full), to prevent generation clipping. Clipping happens when the batts are full, and generation exceeds 3.68kW which is my DNO limit on the inverter. At this point in time, generation is reaching 2.5kW by 7.30am, and around that 3.68kW figure by about 8.30am. So I can't empty enough out of the batts in time, and they fill fast when generating 5kW to 6kW, even with 3.68kW export.

If that doesn't make sense, imagine my generation going from zero at 5.30am to 3.68kW at 8.30am. So I can only discharge for 3hrs, but it's not at 3.68kW for all of it, only at the start, and dropping to zero discharge by 8.30am when all of the 3.68kW is coming from PV, not the batts.

Talk about 'first world problems'.

Export at 15p during the night if you want to and why not just switch off the batteries to stop charging?

10.24kWp PV SolarEdge system
Tesla Powerwall 2
MK2 PV router DHW diverter

That's good news, I can start exporting earlier then, many thanks.

The batts are DC side, behind the Solaredge inverter. I suppose I could switch the inverter off, after discharging the batts in the evening to get them low. But then I'll have to remember to switch it back on, and very early, or I'll miss the early PV generation. Gen started at 5.30am today.

Edit - But as I say, first world problems, and presumably only an issue 4 weeks either side of summer solstice (for me).
