Mercedes EQXX concept

Like the look of this - if Mercedes are starting to take efficiency seriously that's a good sign?
Nice looking machine too. Although not convinced by the whole "the battery doesn't need any active heating or cooling because it's so efficient".
Wonder what sort of battery chemistry is going on in there if that's a 100kWh pack?

It looks a heck of a lot nicer than the rest of the jalopys that Mercedes has been turning out recently, most especially all their SUVs.
I guess the form follows the function of exceptionally low drag but it does look quite a lot like a mix of the Lightyear One, the Jaguar XJ220 and the VW XL1! Surprised they gave it "normal" wing mirrors too given the drag they cause and the option now to have camera mirrors?

I see Aston and a porsche speedster in there. Only so many lines on a vehicle curve? Luckily no Allegro! Oh aye, corvette Stingray and that back slashed off end. Love it!
