The rule for us is washing machine as needed, but full fill & LOW temp only, preferably when no-one else is in the house to affect house energy draw overkill
Tumble dryer (heat pump) same scenario.
Dishwasher eco setting, full as hell, as close to starting to 1 am as possible, (not that my wife & daughter necessarily think about this but are certainly conditioned through practise)

In part due to no dual fuel / no night rate.

The car (one at a time) gets plugged in when wife gets home typically because of low draw on granny plug, & left off if not doing owt, with her new job she's back in an office / commute situation rather than home office for now.

We'd adjust our charging regime accordingly otherwise.
However, it does highlight "if" govt allowed energy companies to be in charge of car charging energy flow restrictions how we'd all fare, at 2kWh granny charging it took until after 6 am to get to 97%, ..it is pre-heating now for 7 am departure (late start) from 50% at 6.28pm.

What "proposals" to restriction of flow have been put forward without obfuscation by govt so far?

With regards to your query, Currently there isn't a function to change the amp's pulled for individual schedules. While the setting of multiple schedules is possible, the amp usage is changeable manually in the app via the charging current tab in site settings:

You can however add this as a suggestion for our developers to add the possibility for setting individual current use with each schedule by writing up a post on our upvoty forum here: Ideas - Easee - POWERING YOUR FREEDOM

Edit- lightly warm only ongoing. The weather has been up to 11degs today so this is an easy no gas day. Knowing what will blow through soon enough, I'll happily take this easy Winter day!

One more small point of note if anyone is looking for an EV home charger. This Easee One unit goes all the way down to 6A charging(1.4kW). That lowest setting could be handy in shoulder solar PV days when the stack is full and I don't want to deplete it. Thats certainly how we are using it today.

Almost forgot, there is an additional grant of £250 from the EST so total cost to ourselves was £640 plus a few pennies.

I've modified mine to be switchable between 6A and 32A.

While there is no BEV on the drive at the moment. The idea is to set it to 6A on the sunniest days to keep the batteries for filling up too quickly.

Stinsy, are you getting updates from VW? Your low power idea is a good one with the bigger packs available.can utilise all your own power by running at 60-70% ev soc most days

I'll call and chase if I haven't heard anything in "week 6" when it is supposed to be built.

There was an online portal to track your order but VW took it down before xmas...
