Its going to be quite difficult to price because of the crazy fluctuations in steel / concrete, etc costs.
I guess they could hedge some of it or have a larger than normal contingency fund.
On the other hand it will be a larger economy of scale.

Over 4000 pre reserved now. :D

Roughly annual forecast of 3.2kWh per watt at WT2 compared with 2.7kWh per watt at WT1.

For reference, WT1 was approx £1.73 per watt.

My wet finger in the air guess is £2 per watt for WT2, but honestly I haven't a clue.

I saw nothing, zero clues mentioning Ahab or water!?

Where did you get the idea that WT2 would be a salty seadog?

For WT2, my money is on Tacher A and B, just off the A9, extreme NE of Scotland, 20 miles SW of John o' Groats.
Next to an existing wind farm.
2 x 4.3MW turbines.

Both have planning permission and are being built by the same contractor as WT1.

Wow Nowty, 2 x 4.3 MW's, how exciting that prospect is! :D

Unless of course you're just teasing us. In which case you've got me hook, line and sinker.
