Overnight reports said that it was a training and laboratory building. Also that there was a "radiation" spike, which might well have been contamination released from damage to a lab.
However it's good news that it is out now and the reactors are unaffected.

This morning the "watered down" law in 3rd reading was passed for misinformation of NON G(k)remlin released information, 3 -10+ years for spreading mis-information, what I take from that is if it is a verbal comment 3 years, text or film from anti-govt sources then it is ramped up to a decade of your life, ...not quite sending em to the front lines but not far off.
Makes N. Korea look welcoming by comparison.

Well , glad to hear that they did nor damage the Reactor , complete Nuts, that is , to target Nuclear power plants
But this is War !!!
I remember the 80th when the Anti-Atomktaft -Movement (no Nukes) in Germany , argued that the Nukes could be potential Targets for aggressors in the Worst Case and here we go ....
Sure at the time the Nuclear lobby argued , they are rocket proof ....
In the meantime (3 weeks span ) spot market electricity prices rose from about 100 Euro per /Mwh to 350 Euro per /Mwh average
And hard to think of how fast this war travels
