Nice one, not heard of coconut husk being used before. Straw. sand and clay are the traditional ones I know of. I wonder if there are varied insulation values between the differing straw possibilities? Up here in NE Scotland its mostly barley so quite a large straw.
it is barley husk , the coconut is the fibers i cut out of a tree tie cord and need a replacement idea for but i supose i ask a local hairdresser or the horsekeepers next door

the structure is timberframe for a wall idea , but could be a floor or roof or plasterboard idea too .... just a experimenting for now
