Congrats on the chilledness Gus. :D
Yep, a good return for those early hours too, taking total for the month above that of last May and leaving Junes total next to fall.
Currently yielding a CF of 30.3% for the month.
Back up and running again, outstanding! 👏
Junes total now surpassed with Aprils a possibility by month end. Be nice for our share to top the 300 kWh figure also given a fair wind! :D

Just received a response from Simon below. Thankfully it's still generating!

I can see on the turbine system that it has been generating, so this may be something at our end. Let me look into it, and thanks for flagging it up.

Up to midnight last night we have had 85.5% of the predicted generation... eh..... generated. If memory serves that leaves us to the 14th March to close the year out.

I am expecting to see about 93% of predicted output by Yr1 end.

That's pretty excellent for year one with the various start up/bedding in issues. The fact that return per kWh is almost tripling up from 1st March reduces that gap even further in financial terms. :D

Looking forward to what Year 2 brings, especially WT2-WT9.

Yes, just seen that - is that better or worse, or just different?
It doesn't give the offset in the winter, like a wind project does, but I guess over the whole year the effect should be the same?

I’m not fussed what the energy source is, to be honest, the money generated in the summer can sit in the bank/octopus account until the winter I suppose and then offset the winter consumption

Had a quick look at Ripple community and it's beginning to explode with whiners wanting their £25 back. Well they were told it could read, would be a solar park.

I'll stay away from there I 🤔. Looking forward to further details and will likely top up to max on it.

My gut feeling was that this would happen, solar isn't sexy enough & winter output for "investors" compared to straight forward home ownership & accept the empirical realities of the seasons more, is a farcebook pile on!

Ripple were very upfront with informing folk that it could well be solar, stupid stupid £25 waving humans.

Me i'd like to see more WT so voted with feet, ..reservation holders chose to drop the mere £25 in full knowledge that it wasn't a certainty.

Just off to the bookies to whine that my £1 bet on a sleepy greyhound didn't win, & that... (it's a fiver in petrol & £1.80 in parking) ;)

THIS>>>> The scale of our project allows thousands of your fellow Ripple members to join. This lowers the upfront costs for everyone. Right now, we predict co-owning this solar park will be 70% cheaper than installing solar panels on your own roof.

Around 70% cheaper.
