Yes don't disagree Mr Greybeard! But the whole climate mess is essentially caused by rich countries, is it not?

This thread reawakened my quest for more certainty on the diet issue. With a genuine search for reputable academic studies casting doubt on the claimed large impact of meat and dairy on the environment, I can't find a single one. But every search throws up yet more studies showing that we need to eat less meat and dairy. Genuine question, can anyone find any half decent peer reviewed data for me to look at please?
