Nice. I can gas, stick & mig to a reasonable standard but didn't get around to tig. That's a cool wee bit of kit.

The flue mounted unit arrived, didnt quite fit which I kind of expected after reading the spec.... after ordering..... :oops:

Oh well, back it went.. it did give SWMBO the chance to see it held in place on flue and voice a loud negative to it being a permanent flue thang. Will keep an eye out for a used twin fan stovetop unit and try it out against the current ecofan. Worst case the loser can go live in the cabin on wbs2.

Or if it is bad (ordered now) it will also be sent hence to Amazon return depot.

Interested to see if the relatively cheap twin fan 10 blade unit can outperform the current caframo twin blade single fan
