Nice! I ended up making a Rhubarb Charlotte with single cream. Solar baked in air fryer and very good!

How did it turn out George, better than the Peabody?
Both excellent , Rhubarb wine may have been bottled a little early but has a little fizz to it so result .......... Not particularly strong but thats ok.
Nice delicate flavour.

I thought it worth mentioning another stored energy format that I enjoy utilising. Batch cooking on strong solar days then into chest freezer.

I have over the weekend made a lamb & veg broth (3 eaten, 3 to freezer) and a monster pasta sauce Batch (two eaten, 10 to freezer).

It is worth bearing in mind if you have time and extra power. It frees you up for when you have neither. :D

Not much my dear boy for me this year, just far to many projects for me to do.

Mrs reckons i should get out more, but at present i go out once a week to shop etc and hardly talk to folk, which suits me.

If you are over this way, please do call in. We have space for your LUV machine.

No 3 wind turbine needs a bew blade fitting, i have a spare, perhaps you could give me a hand, lowering, fitting and putting back up ?

That could very well be a plan. Needing to hit the hypermarket again. Can I have your address again and I'll have a look at routes? Would be happy to help out with the blade change over. Bongo is booked in for Wednesday mot. I know what you mean about other people. Sometimes I wish I was dumber and didn't see it all... Ah my fellow Sapes! :D

Grey skies and light rain this morning, no worries though as 1.7kW incoming. A bit chilly so WBS up and running and stored energy off of our fruit trees from last year being thawed to make an airfryer apple crumble later. On days like this I love seeing the interlinkedness of it all.

SWMBO is threatening to make a banana, pineapple and coconut cake too. Life is 👍 :D

19th May, 1st day I've felt the house retain the days heat and no WBS in main house, glorious!

On the other hand, ran up the WBS down the Hut for an hour or so. Tried out the folding solar powered battery pack running a Bluetooth receiver to make tunes into the 500W sound system that bit easier.
