The sequence of works as described by Ripple is to complete construction followed by energisation and commissioning. I would have thought this could be done on a field by field basis rather than waiting for all construction to be finished, unless of course the MV switchgear and LV distribution is not ready yet.

Does anyone remember if the previous wind turbines were all commissioned at the end, or brought online sequentially?
All the wind turbines were fully built prior to energising and commissioning, they were brought online individually, but it was in the last phase over a couple of weeks.
