Apparently I didn't save enough but at the same time saved 182%.
To be honest though, I don't use any grid power at that time unless something has gone wrong.

8 Octopoints (1p) for me (100% saving) and 56 Octopoint (7p) for my father (15% saving) and he did not even try and save anything.

Not as lucrative as last year as they rounded the savings up to 1kWh whereas this year it seems to be rounded up to the nearest penny. :geek:

But if they do a night time one I'll probably make more money than the whole of last years event.

Email just in from Octopus..
You saved 0.06kWh and earned 1112 OctoPoints – worth £0.14.
You made an even bigger change than most – you were one of the top 10% of Savers, and have earned our Super Saver Bonus! That's an extra 1000 OctoPoints, worth £1.25.
Top 10% of savers for 0.06kWh, not sure how they worked that out :)

Same here, its because I saved 100% !, I'm going offgrid again next time, its like taking candy from a baby.

Super Saver Bonus and SWMBO even had the washing machine on. :o

So including the bonus that's a reward rate of £420 per kWh for my 0.003kWh saving, I don't make the rules. ;)

Normally my 4.8kwh battery doesn’t last till 5pm (unless it was a sunny day). Dialled down the discharge current and when 5pm hit, ramped it up.

There is another saving session tomorrow night 22nd Nov between 17:30 - 18:30.

Looks like I'm going offgrid again to grab that Super Saving Bonus of 1000 Octopoints.

I signed up for tomorrow's too, I seem to have 80 points already but don't know how I managed to have only reduced by 46% when i and nearly 100% off grid for 20hrs a day

The £2.25 per kw would be nice
16 250w Trina panels
Voltronic Axpert Max 8Kw hybrid inverter
3 x Chinese 125Ah (19Kwh total) batteries
To be done, more panels and a wind turbine
Off Grid 20 out of 24hrs
