It’s funny how we all like different graphs. I prefer mine stacked in reverse order to you.

Re: Flaming June
Mini milestone for me today, the balance of import vs export has finally tipped to export.
Year to date as of right now, net electricity from the grid is -0.68kWh.
I don't get paid for export, but it's still a nice feeling to know the recent export is making up for winter import at the moment.

Re: Flaming June
Strange day here today, blue skies but large dark rain clouds are sat under the suns position so a very modest 1kWh, and below, generation at present, and the batteries charging at around 0.5kWh. SoC 61%, chicken cooking in the air oven rotisserie, and bacon, chicken and lettuce wrap just cooked on the two ring induction. (most delicious!)
Full sun forecast for later so I will pope the car on the granny charger at 6Amp now in anticipation and amend charge rate later as day progresses (or not)
Had the email from the energy company today to say my cost per unit is dropping as well, mind you we haven't imported anything of note now for the last two months so it will likely have gone back up before we are in need

Rather astonished that we have passed Summer solstice already. I've not started to take Summer seriously yet!

Re: Flaming June
No fire tonight then Joe ?
The weather has been superb - we’ve managed to eat outside for the last 4-6 weeks, sitting out sometimes until 22:00.
Garden’s doing well too - everything coming on at a pace. Too many, we’ll not really, Raspberries at the moment. Picking at least 0.5kg per day.

Raspberries! Love em! BBQ tonight and hiding down the cool log cabin with an iced cider. Absolute . Fire to the off position although we did a little (very little) moving of logs today to open up a known fresh log stacking point later in year.Bugtownboy wrote: ↑Sat Jun 24, 2023 4:16 pm No fire tonight then Joe ?

Horribly hot and humid here now, quite unpleasant. Good for a nectar (potential honey) flow though.Joeboy wrote: ↑Sat Jun 24, 2023 4:49 pmRaspberries! Love em! Rasps, Loganberries, strawbs... we've been eating more than is good for us! Most now being shoved into the freezer for winter flavours and treats...
