I have been using Solo 2 and later the Solo 3 with their dedicated meter and hub (also branded as GEO3). The GEO3 system dashboard was my main go-to for monitoring PV and lekky usage. But they announced (apparently last year) that the service is no longer available!.

She indoors also uses the Solo3 kitchen display to check we are making enough to use a washing machine (usually washes anyway).
I did not notice the cancellation because the meter still functioned until a few months ago and the monitoring platform is still functioning, even today. https://solo3.energynote.eu/geosuite/#/ ... /dashboard
However, something happened to the transmission 'top hat' on my meter (Maybe they cancelled the sim?). The meter still functions and the display shows the generation. Anyway, now I don't have the benefit of the kit.
I'm quite miffed. Thinking to write a serious letter to them.
Anyone else aware about this situation? Is there a workaround? Recommended alternatives?
Energynote Service No Longer Available!
Re: Energynote Service No Longer Available!
Never heard of them, based near Cambridge too!
I need to get a new load monitor system, but I don't want it linked to a phone as that's a major part of obsolescence these days

Re: Energynote Service No Longer Available!
Could you maybe swap out the sim?
12x 340W JA Solar panels (4.08kWp)
3x 380W JA Solar panels (1.14kWp)
5x 2.4kWh Pylontech batteries (12kWh)
LuxPower inverter/charger
(Artist formally known as ******, well it should be obvious enough to those for whom such things are important.)

Re: Energynote Service No Longer Available!
I'm hoping to find someone with the same kit. I'll wait a bit before trying to hack it myself. I asked Energynote but they have no stock of meter parts and discontinued the conversation. I'm quite miffed with unilateral discontinuation after I invested in their kit.
They said their technology has been superseded, butI like this monitoring screen - a pop down box shows the quantity if you hover the pointer over any colour.
I will be installing a 22kW Zappi and a 3-phase supply this month. I'm hoping Zappi's monitoring functions might replace (supersede?) Energynote's Solo3.
Is it best to buy a specialist monitoring system? Or better to rely on the monitoring platform of your inverter supplier, or of your wall charger?
II have finalised on the Zappi, but not yet finalised on the inverter and which battery, but the strength of their monitoring portals should be a consideration? The existing system has SolarEdge inverters, but its not as good as Energynote's platform and does not provide export data. I remember you suggested Lux and Pylontech but for other reasons, not considering their monitoring.
The new 3-phase supply allows more PV and I will apply to DNO for 22kw total (expansion of 14.5 kW). In 2021 I generated 8422 kWh, exported 1327 kWh and imported 9434 kWh, and that was before younger Daughter started school in Edinburgh (additional 20k of EV miles) and before we took in Ukrainian family. My target is Nett Zero across all usage but the closer I get, the further it drifts from me.
