offering charging space
I see there are a couple of the "shared parking" companies that offer to list a home charging point but are there any that work with just surplus PV generation?

However, I'm a host with CoCharger, originally setup for use by neighbouring households whereby one party doesn't have access to off road charging while the other has. In order to utilise PV as much as possible my neighbour is happy for me to set the Zappi to do precisely that. As he works from home he can book a four hour slot and I just make sure it's fully charged by the time of collection. With it being a hybrid, so not a huge appetite, then sometimes it all surplus PV and others not. In this way I can offer a lower rate than I otherwise could so it works well for us both and for the planet too.
As the scheme was set up to help assist the roll out of EV's then I was keen to join as a host and content to charge a sum sufficient to cover overheads.

The absence of RFID for neighbours (ie pre-approved) to track consumption & pop the money to you /auto invoice is dumbkopf design negligence, it is also an opportunity missed to sell (or have recommendations / brand purchases in mind of secondary users of someone elses charger) because they are already au fait with the unit & software.
Easee one is an exception to that rule, but no solar hook up.

Thanks Adokforme , I have had a look, so it seems the car charging is calculated by time on charge times the power rating of the charger rather than the actual kWh measured as passing to the car, does that work alright?
The reason for my original post is that my daughter's EV is away for repair following a rear end shunt, courtesy car is petrol fuel.
She is exporting about 15kWh most days after the home battery is charged and Octopus are not replying to her requests for an account and thence to SEG.
She's quite happy only to charge 15p/kWh as long as no grid power is used but just charging a flat 35p (or whatever her current rate is) would be fine.

Possibly, yes more nowadays than in the last few because sales are on the up, & the electron thief would have to have an idea of your movements.
A chastity type cage on the end or a lockable rcd with a padlock for older models.

Rolec officially suggest a simple key switch be fitted to interrupt the CP and prevent electricity theft. I can't imagine it is a huge problem.

Yes, it does seem a little confusing that cost is based upon renting a parking space by the hour rather than use of the charger. However, in reality the capacity and state of the battery at commencement and conclusion of charge is known and the cost then calculated by dividing the charge received by the delivery rate of the charger, in our case 7.4kW's, so it could there for several hours charging at say 1.4 kW's but the time for delivery and hence cost calculated accordingly. I've logged all visit's and been impressed by how accurate the calculations have bee. With a spare parking space it doesn't bother us to have another vehicle on the drive. In fact on the odd occasion we are away for the weekend I offer him use of the charger(on Eco that is) in our absence rather than leave the drive vacant. The App is easy to use, it must be if I've got the hang of it, with finances handled entirely seamlessly. It's worked well for us but of course may not suit everyone.
Oh, based on our experience then don't expect to be deluged with chargee's, we have just the one and that was by us popping leaflets through nearby properties without off road parking. We are listed with CoCharger and Zapmap, but so far with zero interest from the latter!

My experience is the opposite - nothing from CoCharger but lots from Zapmap.
I expect it's 'cos about 40% of the properties in my village are now full or part-time holiday lets and they get here and realise there's no charger anywhere conveniently near other than mine!
Btw. my charger is locked permanently via the app until needed.
