I found this in the shed when we bought this house . Not 100% sure what it is ? is it a mini vice ?? Bit rusty but both handles turn and it seems well made .
If you can identify it and would like it -message me. Free to a good home.

Looks like part of a milling machine.

Not much good without the rest of the machine TBH
